Youth Training

We offer small group youth training classes (must schedule with us) and youth personal training. Whether you're wanting to increase your child's athleticism, teach your child to lift weights safely, or just improve confidence, we've got you! Your child must be 5 years and older to participate in training.

This is Alex. He is 6 years old!

Alex has spent the last 6 months training at KNP. He loves to play soccer! He was initially unable to do a lunge, squat, or even coordinate jumping. Now he's showing off all his new moves... and of course his confidence!
