Come join us at Key Nutrition & Performance for our Fall Fundraiser. We will be raising money for hurricane relief efforts in North Carolina. This is an individual throw-down. We will release two workouts ahead of time and your time slots for each workout. These will be scaled appropriately for your weight and ability. The Thanksgiving Throw-down is open to members only.

WORKOUT ONE:

Every 3 min x 4 sets

500/400m Cardio

Max Alternating Dumbbell Power Snatches*

3 Rounds For Time:*

20 (10R/L) Alt DB Goblet Reverse Lunges 

20 Push-ups 

20 Lateral Burpees over Dumbbells 

20 Air Squats 

20 Sit-ups

  • Must be able to perform general movements: squat, deadlift, push-up (knees) & stationary rower.

General

  • Must be able to perform general movements: weighted squat, deadlift, push-up (knees), cardio equipment & hanging movements.

  • Please message me directly if need to modify a movement.

Master (55+)

  • Ages 55+

  • Must be able to perform general movements: weighted squat, deadlift, push-up (knees), & cardio equipment.
